IINTRODUCTION Wehaveperformedmorethan20laparoscopicpyeloplastiesbetween2007and 2012,herewepresentoneof thiscases.A46yearsoldmanwithhistoryof bilaterallaparoscopicdismemberedpyeloplasty,presentedwithleftflankpain. Intravenousurography(IVU)and isotopescanwas inconclusivedue toseveredilationof pyelocalycealsystem.Ureteroscopyrevealednarrowingandtighteningof theleftureteropelvicjunction(UPJ)whiletherightUPJwasrelativelynormal.
